I'm sure this won't come as a shock to any of you but the "affordability" issue when it comes to the Toronto market isn't going away anytime soon. Probably ever!
The GTA has hit a 15 year high for housing. Toronto has beaten out Vancouver as the Top Market to watch this year.
There is still very little on the supply side of things.
Many are saying the next 12 months will be a buyer’s market, then we’ll start to move back to a seller’s market and prices will go back up to new highs.
Townhouses have been said to be your best bet if considering real estate in the GTA, appealing to the entry-level buyers. Although there is a rising concern still about the sheer number of new condo's going up, multi-family demand will remain strong in the GTA.
I guess I'm a little biased when it comes to where I choose to reside.
