Seller's Guide: Accepting The Offer

So now you have Conditionally Accepted The Offer.  All the conditions in the Agreement Of Purchase and Sale form must be met by the buyer within the agreed upon time frame.

The  Seller must  allow access to the home so that the Buyer can arrange for a Home Inspection, Home Appraiser for Financing or Insurance.  

Once all the conditions are met and satisfied by the Buyer, The deal is considered FIRM & SOLD!
